How the simulator teaches

MBA 2026 treats management education as repeated exposure to consequential decisions.

The simulator does not ask whether a decision is correct. It asks what the decision changes.

V2 adds reconstruction. A decision is not only experienced. It can be revisited, compared, and understood through the system it created.

The simulator therefore separates decision, effect, consequence, interpretation, and learning.

Capability is not authority. Decision is not consequence. KPI achievement is not organizational improvement. Automation changes execution. Authority changes the organization.

The loop is observe, interpret, decide, simulate, consequence, reflect, reconstruct, compare, learn. Scores, badges, and leaderboards are withheld on purpose.
